Mayor's Youth Program

   Minimize

The Mayor’s Youth Program was created to assist Atlanta Public Schools’ graduating seniors and the children of City of Atlanta employees with developing a plan for post-secondary education, vocational training, employment, special skills training or military enlistment.

Thanks to the generous contributions of individuals and organizations across Atlanta, participating students receive financial assistance for unmet tuition needs ranging from $100 to $16,000 as well as support for transportation, fee waivers, interview preparedness, technical training, life and job skills training, summer internships and full time employment.

In addition to financial awards for tuition and other education-related expenses, the Mayor’s Youth Program offers a stipend for students who enroll in one or more of the complement of youth-development offerings.
