- AWDA will accept COA firefighter applications February 1, 2008 - March 31, 2008. Applications submitted via mail must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2008.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proof of citizenship or INS authorization to work in the US is required to apply for the position.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- No felony convictions
- Must not have been dishonorably discharged from the armed forces
