In partnership with Atlanta Technical College, eight AWDA customers are participating in a free Warehouse Distribution training course. Participants will be certified in Warehousing upon completion.

Darlena Banks came to Atlanta Workforce Development Agency to find training opportunities. After discovering that she had over 6 years of experience working in a warehouse, she was referred for participation in free Warehouse Distribution training at Atlanta Technical College.

"This was the most wonderful opportunity a person could have. Having worked in warehousing before, you think you know everything there is to know, but you don’t. Through this program, I was able to get certified," said Banks.
