The 14th Annual Colgate-Palmolive Press Conference “was the best one ever”, said Mayor Shirley Franklin of the event that kicks off the start of the Mayor’s summer youth program. Colgate-Palmolive and Kroger sponsor the event every year in which the Mayor’s Youth program receives a check for $10,000 as well as $10,000 in Colgate-Palmolive products to distribute to the program’s youth participants in preparation for their next steps after high school.

AWDA would like to thank all those who attended the conference including representatives from Colgate-Palmolive, Kroger, the Georgia Department of Labor, V-103, and motivational speaker Keith brown.
