Meet Pursuit of Excellence Participant:

Quincy McBride | 27 years old, Quincy has a Bachelor of Science in Social Science and is currently participating in The Seagram's Gin Pursuit of Excellence Institute(TM) at the Atlanta Workforce Development Agency.

I would like the kind of job where my mind will be challenged creatively and where I will receive recognition for my excellence as well as having a positive effect on others. I would like to be apart of a team that values commitment, responsibility, trust, and where advancement is based on results. As of right now, I would like to work in the areas of community and social services with a focus on coordination, organization and/or events planning. I'm also interested in the field of market research.

I consider myself a person that is very determined, driven, courageous, honest, intellectual, trustworthy and passionate about my beliefs. I want to be the best person that I can be for my beliefs and to put my self in a position where I can constantly strive for perfection.

I would like to be at the forefront of ushering in a new era of learning and creativity, where moral reasoning and accountability are quantifiable. I envision a world where equal opportunity, prosperity, hope, innovation and integrity are the ideals of mankind.
